First panel : it's depicted nature with its element; the central figure is composed by fruits, flowers, ears of corn and tools used for working in the fields.
Second panel : it's depicted the art in its broadest sense; in the central figure there are in fact a harp, masks and a scoll.
This magnificent tapestry exemplary is in excellent condition, exposing sharp picture and extremely bright images.
This is typical of the pastel colour and nature designs associated with France, example of Aubusson tapestry weaving.
It is skilfully executed and quite remarkable elegant.
Posteriorly is present a red ancient silk lining to which is sewn a line of rings, demostrating how this tapestry was hung on the wall.
